Jackson Paper/Newell Paper is the state contract vendor for most types of office papers and is valid through 09/30/2023.  This contract is MANDATORY, which means we MUST purchase office paper from this contract.

For easy reference, please note the following information: For 8 ½ x 11 inch, 20 #, white, copy paper (not recycled), the product # is 1493000B and the price is $42.70 per case.  To order paper from Jackson/Newell with your procurement card, contact their regional office in Columbus, 800-844-1467.

Please note two additional important MANDATORY contracts:

1. The office supply contract is with Barefield Workplace Solutions and is valid through 10/31/2023.
2. The Laser Printer Toner Cartridge Type I – (New) Contract is with CVR Computer Supplies and is valid through 5/31/2024. Orders can ONLY be placed via phone or email to Steve Yuhas or Andrea Yuhas or by mail to the address below.
